This week for fun....

Chloe and Fin had fun playing the drums and eating Popsicles. Chloe is teething and absolutely loved this Popsicles!

Last night we traded in our date night for an evening to hang out with our friends, the People's. We are starting to think about how our time here in Denver is coming to an end and we want to spend it wisely. We all had a great time together, eating dinner, talking and watching the kids play. Fin always takes a great picture :)

Chloe's latest fave thing to do is play int he water at the sink. Then when her shirt gets wet she must immediately take it off, then her pants get wet and those must come off, then hey why she's at it, why not take off the diaper too!

Last night while Chloe was nakey, I asked her if she wanted to go pee pee on the potty and she said yes and can you believe it?! She actually went and was really proud of herself as we were as well. Not sure what else will happen but this was fun for all of us.

Monday we went to the park for a play date with our tumbling friends, Allie and Bella. We had a lot of fun with them at the park and for all 2 sessions of tumbling class.

Tuesday was a day to get things done.

And today I got to enjoy my mother's day gift certificate, an hour massage and a half hour foot ion detox, it was amazing! Then when I got home Jason and Chloe were napping, that's like a whole other gift!

G'ma and G'pa visit continued

Chloe loved to talk to grandpa and she would bring him his cane multiple times a day, so sweet and helpful.

Chloe still needed her nakey time even though we were at the hotel. And she just loved to sit on the table, air out and watch some tv.

Friday we all headed out to the zoo. It was a fun morning and beautiful day, 80 degrees.

Thursday Chloe had her last tumbling class and really enjoyed it. Then we got to pick up grandma and grandpa from the airport! Chloe quickly figured out how to open the hotel door and run down the hallway! She's quick, I need to keep my eyes on her.

Wednesday night we watched Fin for date night. Jason made him a booster seat from our boxes:)

Wednesday

Chloe and Noah were having so much fun playing in the sand and throwing it every where. It was such a beautiful day out as well!

Chloe is really liking the sand box for the first time ever!

Of course Chloe had to get right in there and squish her toes in it.

Nadia is pouring water in the sand box so it sticks together a little more and the kids thought it was the best thing ever.

Today we went to a play date at Nadia and Madison's home. Chloe just loves her Elmo couch.

Then she had to wear her "pretties", aka her ear rings.

The other night Chloe and I were having some fun doing her hair, it's long enough for a pony tail now! But it makes her look way to old so she hasn't worn it out that way yet:)

Breakfast with Noah

Today Chloe spent the morning with Noah. They are enjoying some breakfast together too. Cary watched them and we were able to get a lot marked off our to do list.

Yesterday we went to the zoo with some new friends Pam and her daughter Linden. The girls have the exact same hair and could pass as twin sisters from the back:)

Friday Night Fun

Friday night we headed up to Boulder to spend the evening with friends over dinner. It was such a fun night for all of us. Chloe loved the dog, climbing up and down the stairs, running in circles around the house and playing games with everyone.

Books and Beds

This morning we had a breakfast play date at Noah's home. Above are Noah, Chloe and Harper jumping in Noah's crib, it's more of a place to play than to sleep:) Dalila was there too but didn't join in the jumping until later.

Chloe is such a book worm, she has always loved reading books!

Snow Day in May!

Today Amy and Henry came over to play. We all had fun together on this rainy/snowy day, yes it snowed and melted but it's still cold!

It's been so fun having daddy at home lately! Chloe has been enjoying his horse back rides and playing hid and go seek with him.

Monday

We had a lovely family day today running errands, playing at Noah's house, going on a walk and then of course relaxing while having ice cream cones, yummy.

Chloe really likes Uncle Rich's Dead Eye BBQ Sauce:) Not on anything either, just plain!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! I have had a great morning because Jason prepared a homemade breakfast, emptied the dish washer and changed all the diapers so far:) Then we went to the park for a beautiful walk and play ground time. It's in the 70's today and very sunny.

Chloe got a step stool to help her out with help mommy out. We're making popcorn for a night time snack, our fave. Chloe also likes to wash her hands and splash her face with water too.

Chloe loves her ice cream cones, I think she is eyeing mine:)

It just hurts my knees looking at how they are sitting!!!

Friday morning we had a fun play date at Julie and Zoe's home. Above are Chloe, Zoe, William and his mom, Holly.

Good Times this Week

Chloe really likes her ice cream cones!

Chloe loves to play the new game of saying bye and closing the door then opening the door and saying hi, it's so fun and can go on for a long, long time;)

We watched Noah this afternoon for a few hours. He showed up wearing a sweet sweat band!

Chloe got a new swim suit with an old gift card:) Our pool water was a little cold but her and daddy had fun splashing around for a while the other night. Wednesday was a chores and baking day then a date night for mommy and daddy while the People's watched Chloe. Today we all enjoyed going to tumbling class.

Another Zoo day

We all took a fun ride on the carousel. Chloe had more fun this time than she has in the past. Chloe picked the hyena to ride on, I should have guessed that she'd pick the dog:)

Today we went to the zoo with our friends. Chloe got to ride in the wagon with Madison while her mommy, Nadia, pulled them. They were both in and out of the wagon about 20 times through out our visit:)

Monday night Chloe had her first (2) ice cream cones. She really liked being able to hold it herself but only ate about half the cones, the ice cream was really good though:)

Monday Fun

Chloe got a new recorder from the toy store today and was so happy to make some music!

Today we all headed up to Boulder. Daddy had to get some stuff from his job site and then we enjoyed going out to lunch with Kate and walking Pearl Street, playing on the play grounds and shopping at the toy store. Above, Chloe loves to turn every step into a balance beam:)

We'll catch you up on our activities. This past Friday we went to Book Babies downtown, we haven't been in a while and it was fun to be there again. Saturday evening we were able to go to our friends, Anne and Bonni's party. Chloe had so much fun playing with their dog Ernie and showing of her jumping skills to everyone:) Sunday we went to Baby Boogie again and we all had a blast. Then Sunday night Theresa and Fin came over to play. It was a fun filled weekend.
