Friend and a New Car!

I wonder if her smile will get any bigger when she turns 16?! Only if she gets a two-toned, brown Buick Regal;)
We went to Goodwill today to drop off some donations and ended up leaving with this! Chloe fell in love with these cars after the stop at Henry's preschool. She is smiling really hard.
And sitting at the table together was also a good time:) Mommy had to leave a few minutes before Cary came back to pick him up, so that meant daddy got to watch the kids! He said it was fun and easy, awesome.
Then Chloe wanted to show Noah her farm toys.
Tuesday afternoon Chloe got to wake up from her nap with an instant play date. I was watching Noah for a couple hours and they had so much fun playing with each other. Noah really liked Chloe's kitchen.

Cookies, Clothes and Animals

Chloe loves animals, no matter how big or how small;)
Chloe is modeling her new, cute spring outfit, it's 75 here today. Good thing for crop pants and sandals.
Stirring is fun! We made these to get ready for Brigett and Tyler's visit, they get here Wednesday evening, I wonder if there will be any left by then?!
Tasting the batter and liking it!
Monday night Chloe is helping mommy bake some oatmeal cookies. She was a great helper:)

For Fun

So happy together......
Chloe is sportin' her new spring dress today, it's so nice out. She ate lunch at her table today, hummus and popcorn, yum.
Nothing says sandal season more than painted toe nails:)
Chloe got her very first pedicure on Sunday, given by me of course. It was a lot harder than it looked!
Thanks gramma and grandpa Smith for the Easter present. I love the goat puppet and reading my card:)

End of the week fun

Friday night we had Theresa, Nathan and Fin over as well as our old friends Eric and Jen. We had fun cheering on the Panthers, playing, eating and drinking. The babies both went to bed early and let us adults hang out!
These are another pair of tights to go with her Beatles dress, the striped pair were too small but these flower pair are really cute too.
Thursday Chloe had a play date at Mary's home, I used to work with her at the shelter. Chloe loved playing with her 2 boys, Riley 4 and Owen 2. She would follow them everywhere and do what they did, it was really cute. We both had a lot of fun.
Wednesday we had another snow day. Daddy had the day off so he took Chloe sledding:)

Monday and Tuesday

Henry enjoys playing basketball and he's really good at it. Chloe enjoyed playing with the classic, red and yellow cars, pushing the grocery carts, playing in the house and sitting at the picnic table.
Today we had a play date with Henry. Henry shared his toys with Chloe, he has a lot of toys that Chloe has never played with before. Then we went on a walk. While on the walk we stopped at his school and played for a while. Chloe really liked playing there!

Monday Chloe got all dressed up in one of her new spring outfits to enjoy the beautiful weather, it was in the upper 60's! We ran a bunch of errands and then played at the park. Chloe ran around with the dogs and played in the sand.

Spring Sunday at the Zoo

But then something distracting came along and she left her on the edge!
Chloe has been taking care of her baby lately. She has been very loving toward her.

Chloe needed to climb up and test out some of the benches.
Chloe and mama looking at her favorite, the ducks:)
We wen to the zoo this morning. It was a day filled with sunshine, animals and fun. Here are daddy and Chloe looking at the seals. Chloe stayed in her stroller for the majority of the time and then wanted to get out and walk around. She did a great job holding our hands and walking near us. This is a huge improvement to her running in the opposite direction and then throwing a fit when we would attempt to keep her by us.

Saturday Snuggle

Chloe is all dressed up in her new spring coat and ready to go:)
Chloe loves to snuggle, wonder where she got that from?!

Chloe took a 3 hour 30 minute nap today! That is really long for her. And when daddy got her up she decided that she needed to snuggle with mommy for a little while before actually getting up for real:)
The rest of the week went well. Thursday we went to our last tumbling class. Chloe couldn't get enough of the balance beam. We registered for session 2 and that will start up in two weeks. Then Friday we were lucky to have daddy home again! So we spent the day doing things on our to do list. And then had a blast swimming in our pool. The water was warm and we splashed like crazy.

A visit from family!

We were so glad to get to see our cousins this afternoon. Elliot, Krista and Jordan are making their way back to MN (from Phoenix) and stopped in Denver to visit us! We walked to Snarf's, one of our fave sandwich shops in the neighborhood, chatted, caught up and then they were back on the road. Thanks for stopping and have a safe and fun drive back home!

Tuesday Rampage

That was fun! Next Chloe got to slide down all by herself, she loved it and did it about 10 times in a row.
Dad and Chloe going down the slide. Dad is almost as long as the slide;)

Time for a breather with mom and then she's off to run around some more.
She is fast, can't you see her speed?!
It was in the 60's today so after dinner we spent some time playing at the park. Here is Chloe running after her dad.
She likes to sit with all of her stuffed friends:)
Chloe likes to sit in the big chairs now too.
Today I was writing down some directions for our play date at Amy and Jack's home and Chloe wanted to write too. So I gave her a pen and some paper like usual and when I looked back at her, she had made a masterpiece on our gliding ottoman!
Chloe has been climbing up into her stroller lately and just playing in it for a while.

Fun at the St Patty's Day Parade

Fin and Chloe sitting on the curb to watch the parade. Chloe didn't sit for long before she was running out into the street, naturally:)
Chloe and Theresa getting up close to the parade.

Chloe needed to rest but that didn't stop her from waving to the people in the parade.
One Irish lookin' family:)
Chloe and Fin having a good time in the sun, it was over 60 degrees yesterday!
Chloe thought the steers were awesome running through the streets of downtown!
Chloe and Fin running around and giving high fives.
Chloe standing and watching the parade:)
Daddy and Chloe checking things out.
Mommy and Chloe wearing green.
Theresa and Fin getting ready to celebrate.
Saturday us and the People's walked downtown for the St Patty's Day Parade. We all had a lot of fun. The kids were entertained by the parade, the people, the music and the dancing. We watched for two hours then had to call it quits, the parade is one of the biggest in the nation and the radio said that it could last up to 6 hours!
