Then Thanksgiving night we had some popcorn, one of Chloe's favorite snacks. She eats it right out of her very own bowl:)
We went to Paul and Sarah's for Thanksgiving. They had a feast that was enjoyed by everyone. Even Chloe ate some green bean casserole!
Chloe got a new blender for Thanksgiving! She always wants mama to hold her so she can watch the blender when she makes smoothies and orange julius:) So she got her very own blender this morning.
Chloe talks a little at the beginning then keeps herself very busy playing. This was towards the end when she was getting tired. It's hard to even tell that she's tired but she rubs her eyes a few times at the end. We had a great time there today.

Then she played in the cottage. At first she sat at the table, played and watched the older girls playing house. Then once it cleared out a little Chloe got into it more.
Today we went to the Children's Museum and played for a few hours. We didn't get much time to chat with our friends because Chloe was on the move exploring new parts. Here she is stirring the magic potion. When stirred it lights up and plays some music. Chloe loved it.
Chloe climbed up onto the chair this morning! She was so happy and I was so shocked. I think she used her sled to give herself a boost. She's pretty clever. 
Chloe has been doing her favorite yoga pose, downward dog, a lot lately. She has great balance.

This morning Chloe was trying to figure out her chair. Is this how it works?
Chloe has been emptying her bins and climbing into them. She looks pretty sleepy.
Chloe wanted to carry her rinse bucket and soap around for a while. We are so excited that bath time is fun again!
Monday night Chloe had a bath in her duck tub for the first time in a month and it was a huge success. For some unknown reason she started to dislike baths and I've been having her shower with me. But the hate slowly faded and last night I was able to bathe her again and she loved it! She played and splashed for half an hour:) Here she is afterwards with her robe on holding the rinse bucket. She wasn't ready for the bath to be over I guess.
Chloe is really starting to look like a cheerleader, so grown up:) Go Bears!!!
Today the whole family is sportin' their Bears gear for the big game tonight against Uncle Tyler's favorite team, the Eagles! Go Bears!!!
Friday Dada didn't have to go to work, EPA called it off because it was too muddy. Soooo he had to go in on Saturday. Friday evening we had a friend come in from IA City. Saturday evening Dada and Justin went to a concert downtown at the Paramount and had a fun evening out. Justin left bright and early and we neglected to get a picture of him for the blog. But Chloe did enjoy meeting him and playing with him this weekend. 
Thursday we went to the mall and took a few laps with our friends. They were fast laps so Chloe was able to stroll the whole time! Then the kids got out and played for a while. It was a good morning.
The railings were a big hit too. Chloe had a great time at the pool and playground.

Tuesday was an errands and chore day. But Wednesday we went to the rec center with our friends and went swimming and playing at the indoor playground. Swimming was a whole new experience since the babies are so much more active. Chloe was running in and out of the pool! Then she was climbing the stairs to the family hot tub and then up to the slide in the pool. But she did get too nervous to go down the slide, I had to help her down. Maybe next time.
Today we had a playdate with Fin and Theresa. We had such a fun time that I forgot to take any pictures. But they did lend us a play tent and Chloe is having fun playing in it tonight! 
For a brief moment Chloe was laying down and watching The Matrix with her dada. But as soon as she saw the camera she got up.
Then we needed to head outside again and go on a walk so Chloe needed her snowsuit. I found her brown furry hat that I bought last season on clearance, so cute. It was after her nap and she wasn't ready for all the flashes. 
So fancy;)

So we had another snow storm that started Saturday night and lasted until Sunday morning. But to get out for a little bit we all bundled up and headed to the grocery store. Here is Chloe in her new coat, hat and mittens!
Chloe is learning how to relax, it might only last for 10-15 seconds but it's a start!
But Chloe looks pretty happy so it didn't bother her any.
Then she got a little car sick on our way to the playground at the mall and we had to change into the emergency outfit.
And of course she had to do her morning reading.

Friday Chloe and I just ran errands and did chores. It wasn't that exciting but Chloe was a very good girl!

Climbing the stairs, going up is easy, it's the going down part that gets a little hard. As you can tell the sun is shining and it's in the low 70's! The cold front is supposed to be coming through this evening though.

This carpet is super slippery, challenges the babies to crawl up it. Here are Roman and Chloe trying their hardest and Madison is thinking about joining them.

Chloe climbed up and stood on top of the barrel stool! I sat her back down, she is such a daredevil.
Chloe found a stethoscope, she didn't know how to use it correctly but she certainly had fun playing with it.
Chloe loved to climb up onto things. She climbed up and down the dock for a long while.
This past week or so, Chloe has been trying out some new foods and eating a little bit more. She has been eating her lil crunchies dipped in guacamole, cake, hummus, celery, raisins, goldfish crackers, smoothies, orange julius and popcorn:)
Tuesday was an errands and chores day, not too much fun but Chloe was such a good girl riding in the truck and going in and out of her car seat. Chloe has gotten so good at running that she has added a little skip/hop to it, almost a little jig:) She still loves to dance, read and watch Elmo too. 
Monday Chloe and I headed out to Barnes and Noble story time. It was fun to see our friends for a while but Chloe did not want to sit and listen to the stories, she was running wild, picking up all stuffed animals she could get her hands on and books here and there. But afterwards we did enjoy shopping for some books and a dvd with her birthday gift card!
Chloe got a new phone today. She likes to pull it more that talk on it.

Later Saturday evening we went to our friend Sarah's 30th b-day party. We had a fun time catching up with some old friends. After the party Chloe needed to chill out and play at home before going to bed.

Saturday afternoon we went to Zoe D's 1st Birthday party! Here is the birthday girl eating some of her cake:) Zoe was born 2 days after Chloe at the same hospital. The day we were leaving the hospital, they were just coming in!
