Tuesday Swim Date

We went swimming again with the group on Tuesday. Chloe loves swimming, splashing, and playing with the other babies.

Today we had Strollercise with the group. We walked and exercised our way around the park. Then we played on blankets, fed the babies and chatted. Chloe fell asleep on our way back to the car. I guess all that exercise wore her out too!

Toy Box

Chloe is enjoying playing with and eating her "toy box", yes it's an old whiskey crate with a garbage bag liner :)

Monday Book Babies

Today Chloe slept through Book Babies but we went there for the "after hours". So she played with the babies for an hour and then we went to lunch with some other moms and babies. Then we got home and went on a walk. It's been a good day considering the rain/snow we had this morning.

Sunday

It's a bit cold today but we managed to get to the park and walk around. When we got home Chloe found a new favorite toy, it's the light up ball from Dave & Busters that her cousin Tyler got for her:)

Friday Things

Today we went to Book Babies at the library. We enjoyed the mile walk there from a friends house before hand, it's in the 70's today. Then we went with three other moms and babies out to lunch. Chloe slept on the walk there and continued to sleep in the Moby for a while during lunch. But when she woke up we tried out the high chair. She was able to sit in it and was a little curious as to what it was and how it was even working out. It was pretty cute though. So next time we go out to lunch maybe Mommy can eat with out Chloe on her lap, we'll see:)

Park/Walk Play Date

Today we went on an exercise walk with a mom's group, there were about 15 moms and babies in the group. We walked our fave park and did lunges and stuff like that periodically. Afterwards we stayed and played in the park. Here is Chloe and her friend Maddie. They play together and Maddie even lets Chloe put her fingers in her mouth! They are too cute and funny together. PS neither of them would look at the camera, oh well.

Wednesday we hosted a pool play date and 3 other moms and babies came over and went swimming. We had a fun time and the babies just love swimming and splashing.

Wednesday evening mommy had a dentist appointment so daddy and Chloe went on a walk, they did awesome together and Chloe loves the front carrier with daddy, yay!

Monday Stuff

Today was a very nice day. We went to Book Babies and enjoyed the songs and books. There was only one other mom from our group there but about 15 other moms as well. Then we went on a walk to the park and did some more swinging. It was a beautiful day in the high 60's. Then Chloe took a 3 hour nap! After that we all went on a walk and daddy wore the carrier with Chloe in it and she loved looking out at the neighborhood. And finally an evening bath to round out the evening. I just couldn't resist that lil' bum:)

Sunday Fun

Today we went to the park and walked around for quite some time. Chloe was sitting up in the stroller looking out and was really into it. Then Chloe took a nap half way through while daddy wore the Moby giving mommy a break!

First Wedding

Our friends Anne and Bonni got married Saturday night up in Lyons. It was a beautiful venue and the mountain air was refreshing. We actually stayed for 4 hours and enjoyed the ceremony, reception, apps, drinks, dinner, toasts and a little dancing. We all had fun!

Friday Swimming

Today daddy had off work so we spent the afternoon swimming in the pool. Chloe got a new floaty and had fun swimming, floating and splashing.

High Chair and Toys

Today we went to a huge consignment sale. We bought Halloween books, lots of toys and a high chair for Chloe! It's all in great condition and we are excited to have new things to play with and a milestone to accomplish in a few weeks with trying solid food.

Wednesday

Last night we met up with our friends Tony and Sandy Rench. We sat out on the patio at Lime, it was 66 degrees! Chloe spilt an entire glass of water onto mommy's lap then not even 2 minutes later spilt another glass of water onto Sandy's lap! It was too funny.

Today Chloe and mommy went to lunch with Erin. And we didn't get wet:) It was a good time and came home to take a 2 hour nap.

Tuesday smiw date. Chloe had so much fun splashing around in the pool, trying out the floaties, and playing with the other babies. She even held another babies hand in the water, it was too cute:) Chloe was so tuckered out that she slept for 2 1/2 hours afterwards!

Monday's Book Babies. Chloe loved singing, dancing and reading/eating the books. After that session we hung out with the other moms and babies. Chloe liked to play with the colorful, foam blocks and look at all the other babies her age.

We have a meet and greet potluck in the park on Sunday with the group and I will plan on taking my camera and posting some more pictures. But for now, it's going to be 70 degrees today and we're going to lunch with a friend and then hopefully spend some time outside.

Tonight we all went to the park to test out the swings. We wondered if she was going to be too small but Chloe really liked it!

This morning Chloe and mommy went to Book Babies at the library. We sang interactive songs, read books and played with other babies and mommies afterwards.

Thanks Family

Well the family visit is over for this trip and we all had such a great time. Thank you so much for spending your holiday with us here in Denver. We were able to do a lot of fun things together. Including shopping at a few malls, going out to eat, eating home cooked food, going on walks, going to Dave and Busters and dominating, playing basketball, playing football, swimming and hot tubbing, playing Wii, playing at home, playing ping pong, going to church and spending such quality time together. We love having you visit and miss you when you're gone. Thanks for everything, we love you!
