Fun at the St Patty's Day Parade

Chloe needed to rest but that didn't stop her from waving to the people in the parade.

Saturday us and the People's walked downtown for the St Patty's Day Parade. We all had a lot of fun. The kids were entertained by the parade, the people, the music and the dancing. We watched for two hours then had to call it quits, the parade is one of the biggest in the nation and the radio said that it could last up to 6 hours!

Hummus for Lunch

Chloe was really enjoying eating her hummus for lunch. She was doing well using the spoon then she decided she might just try licking it right out of the container:) Chloe had a really fun time at tumbling this morning. She ran and ran, must have some pent up energy from the big 10 hour car ride yesterday!

This week's activities.

The princess is happy:)
Today we went to tumbling and Chloe is really doing well. She understands forward rolls, the balance beam and hanging from the bar now. She even tried backward rolls and doing a chin up on the bar.
Afterwards we met some friends in the park to play, it's another gorgeous day outside, upper 50's. Then a friend was eating a turkey sandwich and Chloe was looking at her and it like she really wanted some. The friend tore a piece off and asked if Chloe could have some, I said ok wondering what she would do and Chloe gobbled it up! Jess gave Chloe a huge piece of turkey and Chloe ate it all. We didn't bring lunch with us so on the car ride home I offered Chloe some of her veggie sausage and she refused! When we got home I gave Chloe some of dada's turkey and she ate it! This is Chloe sitting at her table eating her turkey. Chloe is a picky eater and has not been eating much this week, I guess she just wanted some meat, go figure! For those of you that don't know, this was Chloe's first ever taste of meat and I have a feeling it's not going to be her last.

Wednesday we went to the zoo, it was perfect weather, in the mid 50's!

What a gentleman he is walking Chloe to the elevator. Monday night we went to swim class and Chloe knows how to kick and jump into the pool/my arms.

Fin sitting in his chair thinking about eating;)

Monday we had a play date with Fin at his home. Chloe absolutely loves his grocery cart, she plays with it every time she is over there. She even put his valentines bear in the seat:)
