Week day fun!

We had to go inside for a little while since the sun was so strong. The girls found a floatie and pretended to go rafting:)

Chloe and I had such a fun week including a play date at Ashley's house. Here are the girls taking a break and enjoying a Popsicle. Bella, Chloe, Hannah and Merrin.

Other perks of the week were going to BK's play zone, getting and eating a happy meal and playing forever! We also went to Hannah's house to play in the pool, that's always a good time. Chloe had a good day at school this week and made some more friends and did 2 really great pieces of art work. Afterwards we met some friends at the park then even went to the public pool to swim.

July 4th Star Spangled Spectacular!

After the parade we had fun walking the park and shopping the arts and crafts. Then over to Brigett's for another great lunch, then back for round 2 at the water park. And then we all had to call it a day and head back home. I think we squeezed in as much fun as we could! What a wonderful holiday spent with friends and family!

We had such a wonderful 4th of July weekend. It started out at gramma and papa smith's house Saturday evening. Chloe was so excited to see them again and then to also get to play with her old friend Maddie:)

A Little Series From Last Week

Friday Chloe had her best day of school. When I picked her up she told me 3 things: that she didn't cry this time, she's happy now and that she made new friends. Hearing her tell me this made me so happy inside and out!

It was so warm last week. We enjoyed many days at the wading pool, the public pool, and eating lots of popsicles:)

It feels like summer again!

This afternoon Chloe was such a great helper in the kitchen. We made egg salad for supper and Chloe loved to peel the hard boiled eggs, she did a great job. Then she thought they tasted pretty good too, a perfect chef eating along the way:)

We have had such a busy and fun week already. Monday we enjoyed story time and playing at the park. Tuesday we made it all the way through the movie How to Train Your Dragon at the movie theatre followed by playing at the play area. And today we went to the wading pool, splash park, playground and had a blast:)

Weekend Good Times!

This week was so fun for everyone. It started off with Brigett coming down for our monthly Aunt and niece date night therefore in return Jason and my date night:) Chloe just loves seeing her aunts and uncles and really looks forward to their time together. She is always ready to ditch me at the door when they arrive:) Friday night Brigett, Rich, Andrea and Chloe went out to supper, did some bike riding and playing at the park. Jason and I got to go on a double date with our fun friends, dinner and drinks then out to the movies.

On Sunday Rich and Andrea invited us over for some swimming and a fire pit party. Chloe had a blast swimming with Rambo and Zella, pouring out water on everything in the yard, running around the yard with Rich, and Andrea even let/helped Chloe paint her own nails! The food was delicious, my fave was the angel food cake, ice cream, raspberries and strawberries, yum! Even though the fire pit part of the party was rained out we had such a fun time!

Today we went with our friends to the Dairy Farm. We saw calves, cows, dogs and cats. We even got to sample fresh,whole, chocolate milk and fresh, vanilla ice cream, it was soooo good! We had a fun day with our friends and even brought home some goods from their little store:)
