At half time Chloe had a wardrobe change (compliments to Gramma S) and by the looks on Uncle Tyler's face the game wasn't going as he liked:(

We were getting ready for the big IA vs IA State game and Chloe new just how to sit in her knew cheerleader outfit:) Thank you Rebecca for getting Chloe this dress, I love it (and so does Chloe)!

The end of the week

Friday Chloe has a bit of the sniffles and sneezes so we took it easy going to the store and preparing some food for tomorrow's big game. Here she is in the cute outfit from Gramma S.

Chloe picked out some new Halloween jammies and got to wear them last night. I forgot that they were glow in the dark and did a double take when I turned out the lights:)

Thursday evening after Uncle Rich won at his work bowling tournament, he brought over the grand prize for Chloe. It was a bouquet of tootsie pops! He knew that those are her favorite treat right now:)

Chloe is such a sweet heart :) She loves to get ready with me in the mornings, she sits on the bathroom counter top and gets ready, brushing her teeth, flossing (which is her fave) combing her hair, cleaning her ears, and tries to sneak my deodorant and make up on too!

Tuesday and Wednesday

Today we had story time at the library. We had to register for this session, no more drop ins during the school year. We hadn't gone in a while and Chloe was shy, yup Chloe was shy, hard to imagine but true. Here is another cute outfit from Brig, Chloe didn't even want to put on jammies tonight she liked it so much:)

Tuesday we had to catch up on all the "to do's" from the long weekend. Chloe was such a great sport during the long day of errands. Then we were so happy to spend the afternoon with Uncle Rich, it was perfect weather to play and relax outside.

Everyone has been so generous in building Chloe's wardrobe so I feel like I need to point out the out fits when she wears them so you all can remember what you got her and how stylin she looks:) Here is one from Brig and the ugg style boots from Gramma K, too cute!

Labor Day Weekend

Gramma getting in some smooches before taking off late Sunday afternoon. Chloe is sporting a new outfit from Gramma as well, thank you! And they also got us a grill for a house warming present, thank you! (it's very cute;)

Grandpa K even got to come over for a little bit Saturday evening. He brought a patio set for Chloe that she has broken in fast, thank you. She kept trying to get one of us adults to sit with her and I told her it was for a friend to sit in and she said it was Fin's chair:)

Rebecca and Tyler came over to visit before going out for lunch and football. Rebecca was by far Chloe's favorite person to talk about, all weekend it was Rebecca this and Rebecca that:)

Chloe enjoyed some down time on grandpa's lap:)

It was our third weekend in our new home and our third weekend of having house guests! Gramma and Grandpa S came down to visit and we had a lot of fun hanging out on the patio, the weather was perfect, going out to watch football and eat, playing with Chloe and shopping. We had so much fun spending the long holiday weekend with family!

Growth spurt, shoes and braids oh my!

Chloe's hair is getting really long and I needed to find a new hair do. So braids it is! They are so cute and tight and are keeping the hair out of her face too.

Chloe went through a growth spurt and in the midst of our moving to IA then house buying, and moving again, I'm sad to say that we weren't paying that much attention to her feet and/of shoes. So the other day Jason wanted to buy Chloe her first pair of skater shoes and she had gone up two whole sizes! She went from a 6 to an 8. Here are her new Etnies and a new outfit from Gramma that goes great together.

Last weekend my parents brought down my old desk from when I was a child, you know the super girly white with gold trim kind and we're using it as our computer desk for now. And I guess I was a bit of a pack rat when I was kid and looking at the stuff in the drawers of this desk you would agree! Chloe found an old pair of head phones and a micro phone in one of the drawers and new exactly how to use them:)

At home this week.

Thursday night dada and Chloe were all Cloned-up and ready for the big opening game!

Chloe loves corn on the cob and has been eating 1-2 cobs everyday this week for lunch!

This week we have been getting the house a little home-ier. Partly because it needed it and partly because we had to be home for the internet installation and cable installation on two different days. But it has been fun decorating and playing with Chloe. Chloe got a package from Gramma K this week filled with clothes and shoes. I tried to spread them out and get her picture but she kept piling them on her lap:)
