Here is Chloe all ready for her 2nd dance class. She's having a blast and wishes she could have class more often.
Circling up for stretches. For the stretching game they get to say what topping they would like on their pizza, Chloe said she wanted peanuts!
For the second stretching game they do the butterfly and get to choose where they fly to, last class Chloe wanted to go to Cinderella's house and this time she wanted to go to school and play with her friends:)
Standing on their dots getting ready to practice their positions they are learning.
Here is first position:) Makes me so proud!
At the end of class they play freeze dance. Chloe loves to hold teacher Hannah's hand while dancing:)

This girl makes me laugh!
Chloe has been cracking me up a lot lately! Yesterday she was getting ready for the library and dumped out all her jewelry on her bedroom floor, picked out a couple pieces to wear and left it there. Later on that afternoon I asked her to pick up the jewelry and after that we could go outside. About 10 minutes later of total silence she came out like this!!! I loved it! It reminds me so much of how I always dressed up like a punk rocker as a little girl. Most Halloweens I would make my own punk rocker outfit and look nearly just like Chloe on this random Tuesday:)
First thing this morning Chloe wanted to get dressed. She picked out her new outfit from Gramma Kneifl. After she got dressed I told her how cute she looked. Then she went over to the mirror, looked at herself, turned around and said, "Aren't you going to tell me that I'm adorable"?!!!

So much fun!
Thursday I went to stay at my parent's home and got to enjoy Women's Night Out with my sister and mom! It was such a great time of shopping, eating, drinking, hearing a wonderful speaker and having good times with my women! Thanks for an awesome girls get away! Jason had fun being able to pick Chloe up from school, play outside, have Uncle Rich over, go to the Reiman Gardens, out for meals and spend some quality and quantity time with Chloewhile I was gone:)
On Saturday we picked up the Petersen girls and went to a local green house for a pumpkin festival. The girls had fun picking out their pumpkins and painting them. Chloe painted hers like Fiona from Shrek, that is her latest obsession.
Then they got to enjoy horse rides!
Chloe's horse's name was Tigger and the woman called Chloe a cowgirl, she liked that:)
Scary!
Hannah's turn:)
Saturday afternoon Aunt Brigett came to stay for her monthly date night with Chloe. Chloe got to pick out her birthday present early! She couldn't have been more excited. She picked out Cinderella's carriage that is big enough for her barbie sized princesses. It's been at the top of her very long, birthday wish list for months! Thank you so much for spending the time with us and for getting the almost 3 y.o. an early b-day gift!
Sunday since daddy was home, we all went to the apple orchard. It was a gorgeous day and we had such a great time. Above is Chloe walking through the tunnel, last year she could run but she has grown so much she had to bend over a little bit to get through! And here she is getting another lasso around the bull, she's really good at it!
Feeding the baby goat, this is one of her fave things to do here.
Making corn angels and being nearly camouflaged at the same time:)
Daddy likes the jumping pillow as much as Chloe! It looks like the knocked everyone over but I swear that's not what happened! What a fun day! Chloe doesn't take naps anymore but after such a fun filled weekend she did on Sunday! Only an hour and she needed it!
This morning we went to the Petersen's for a play date. Chloe had a great time seeing her friends as usual. She also wore her new, pink hair there! Sometimes I wonder if she is turning 3 or 13!?!?!

Dancing, Dancing, Dancing!
Chloe's pretending to be one of the girl chipmunks and is singing on the stage she made:)
Thanks Gramma Smith for the kick start to my birthday:)
Tonight was Chloe's first dance class. Here she us upon arrival, excited and a little nervous. She has been looking forward to this since I signed her up weeks ago!
There are 10 girls in Twinkle Toes, it was such a cute and fun class! Chloe loved it!
Trying to make a circle.
She really likes her teachers Hannah and Sally. She even gave them good bye hugs after class.
Stretching out as a group.
Doing the butterfly stretch game:) Chloe learned 1st and 2nd position, did some skipping and some toe work. It was a blast to watch and she did a great job listening and following directions!

Weekend fun!
Saturday morning daddy and Chloe went to the kids workshop at Home Depot. This month's workshop was to build a helicopter. Jason said she did a great job hammering in the nails all by herself this time:)
Saturday afternoon we went to Uncle Rich's birthday tailgate. Chloe set up the chairs into a bed complete with pillow, blanket, helicopter, panda bear, juice and snacks:)
The party was so fun, at one point Rich and Chad performed their duo on top of the rv!
Chloe and daddy chillin out after running around and playing games. Chloe loved helping with the bags for corn hole and we had fun playing the game:)
Mommy and Chloe, it was the perfect day out with sunshine, good food and great friends and family!
Group shot!
The birthday boy with his niece:) What a fun day! Thanks for having us, we had a great time!

Hair Bows and Hair Cuts
I made these hair barrettes this past summer for Chloe. I tested out a couple different clips and found what works best in Chloe's hair. There is also a set of orange flowers that didn't make it in this picture. I even made some for a friend thinking they were nice enough to give as a gift.
Here are a few more.
And I just made these this week, they are a lot smaller for her upcoming shorter hair cut.
This is one of my fave hair styles to give Chloe. A braid, a pony tail and colorful flower to make it complete.
Today Aunt Andrea gave Chloe her new, stylish and much shorter hair do! Say good bye to the long hair!
When Andrea asked what Chloe thought, she replied "It's better!" We love it, it looks so stylish and super cute!
Andrea brought me this wine:) And for those that weren't around last summer, whenever i had a glass of wine or even if she saw a wine bottle Chloe would call it "mommy's juice"! It was so funny and it's like she made this label just for me:) Thanks Andrea, it's too funny!
Chloe loves the neighbor dogs and once in a while they come over to play. We also want to wish Uncle Rich a happy birthday! It was yesterday and we had the pleasure of celebrating with him, a fun evening with a wonderful brother, brother in law and uncle!

What a week!
Uncle Rich babysat Chloe Tuesday evening! Chloe loves spending time with him and looks forward to it each week. Jason had to work a million hours and with Rich's help, I still got to go to my Zumba class:) Thank you so much!
It's still wonderful fall weather and we've really been enjoying our time outside. Chloe loves to use her imagination, sometimes I'm not sure what is going on:) Chloe really made a turn around at school drop off, she simply gives me kiss and goes into class, sometimes even with her hand on her hip! I'm so happy that it's easy for both of us now.
Friday evening our friends brought supper over and the girls played all night. Then Saturday we packed up Chloe and Hannah and headed back out to the Apple Orchard. They always start the trip with this sign.
Milking the cow.
Loving the goats.
Really entertained by the chickens and roosters.
Chloe loves the corn pool, probably her fave part of the farm yard. Here she is climbing out of the corn pool.
Then quickly jumping right back in, do that about 50 x's and you've got one happy little girl:)
The girls enjoyed the hay ride on the most perfect afternoon.
Hand in hand on their way to the super slide.
Chloe went down the slide all by herself for the first time!
Walking back up the huge hill.
Chloe and Hannah on the train, this was the first time she wanted to ride the train (surprisingly) and she had a great time.
On the train ride.
And they always like doing the sign on the way out too:). Saturday night Uncle Tyler and Aunt Rebecca babysat Chloe as a trade from Jason doing some electrical work at their house that morning. Jason and I enjoyed our date night with dinner and a movie, it was wonderful. About 10 minutes after they left the house, Chloe said that she wanted Rebecca and Tyler to come back and babysit again:) We also want to wish a Happy Birthday to Uncle Todd! We hope you had a great day:)
This afternoon daddy put together Chloe's early birthday present, a play house! She loves it!
Complete with kitchen, mailbox, bins, chalkboard, it's so sweet!
Writing out the menu for the day. She added some lemonade for me:)
She's had such a blast playing in it today! We 're so glad that we gave it to her early so she can enjoy it this next month before her actual birthday.
